For OTA installation, visit the OTA download link on the home page.

For desktop installation, unzip the distribution package in a convenient place. Use the Desktop Manager Application Loader to browse to the directory and select the signalloc5.alx file.

SignalLoc v5 will co-exist with the original SignalLoc so there's no need to uninstall the original before installing v5.
