Your device MUST be running BlackBerry OS 4.2.1 or greater. For OTA installation, visit the OTA download link on the home page. For desktop installation, unzip the distribution package in a convenient place. Use the Desktop Manager Application Loader to browse to the directory and select the signalloc.alx file.
