Just upgraded it and reboot my phone as per the request of the install, and unfortunately there is no change, still getting the same results

So far I've tried 3 different vers of the operating system: Bell's latest, AT&T's latest, and the one I'm currently running: the latest one available for the 9700 from Zain. Been experiencing this issue with all 3, although I've been switching them due to unrelated issues.

What does your "screen tag" say on your phone? ie: on the main screen of your phone, it says something like "Bell Mobility"?
What is the MCC-MNC shown?
The screen tag says AT&T.
The MMC-MNC from your app says the following: 302-880
